"My sweet, 3.5 year old pup has always been terrified of going to the vet. It wasn’t until recently that she has started lunging and snapping when being seen. While this has me falling over myself apologizing, the vet and staff only treat her with compassion. They have me apply a soft muzzle, and they speak to her gently while providing care. Before the muzzle is put on, and even after it is removed, they talk sweetly to her, and feed her treats- even at the risk of getting nipped. I drive about 30 minutes to take my girl to this clinic, even though there are several other vet clinics within a 5-10 drive from my home. The care they provide, and the genuine manner in which they provide it makes it well worth it. I cannot recommend them highly enough."
